Hey, I'm Breezy
I was a collegiate track and cross country runner as well as an All American in both indoor track and cross country. After college, I began coaching track and cross country at the NAIA and D3 level for a few years until returning home to begin my personal training career in St. Charles, IL.
I loved personal training and worked with hundreds of men and women looking to better themselves but I didn’t like the cookie cutter gym where the managers were only focused on their sales goals rather than the wants and needs of the clients.
I soon realized I couldn’t train the way I knew what was right and I decided to pursue my masters degree while also becoming the Graduate Assistant Coach for the University of South Carolina’s track and cross country team.
There, I studied management, law, accounting while also juggling the life of a coach…and I loved every bit of it. When I graduated, I became the assistant coach at a D1 university in North Carolina where we achieved success at the National Level.
But something was missing.
Although I was helping student athletes every day in their running career, I still ran into hurdles when trying to do things my way.
Knowing I have always wanted to live in Florida and have family in the area, I decided to move near my family, get re-certified in personal training and begin my own business so that I could really help other people the right and true way without the pressures of managers telling me what I can and cannot do.
If I looked back two years ago and saw me in the place where I am today, I would not have believed it. It’s scary and I have doubts but I am beyond excited to show the world why I am good at what I do, why I decided to pursue this life, and that I am a person they can trust.
But don’t trust me based on my credentials, trust me based on my story.
I am currently seeing clients in the Sarasota area as well as helping clients online across America.
My online program is aimed at busy parents and/or professionals who have tried everything only to not succeed; for those who are looking to get fit but also have more time with their family; for those who are sick of spending hours at the gym and eating small amounts of food only to lose a little weight and then gain it all right back.
My program focuses on the source of the issues you are having instead of giving you a regimen that isn’t supposed to heal you at the source. If you don’t first figure out the source of your problems, everything else is like putting a band-aid on a really big cut. It might hold together for a few hours but after a while, the band aid will lose its grip and the cut will open up again.
And to be completely honest with you, I didn’t learn this in college or my personal training courses.
I learned that you need to spend more calories than you eat in order to lose weight…but I was wrong.
It wasn’t until I had to go through my own health crises to really understand the body and the science behind it all.
In July of 2021, I had to alter my diet completely because I found out I had a lot of bad stuff going on in my gut and it was wreaking havoc on other parts of my body.
Thanks to a good doctor, some supplements and my change of diet, my body is finally healing but the ride is still not over. Through this diet, I have learned the impact of good and bad foods on your body and the issues bad foods can cause. The biggest thing is that most of this bad food is what Americans eat on a daily basis…and this type of diet is also wreaking havoc in their bodies which can result in: weight gain, lack of energy, diabetes, heart issues, asthma, autoimmune diseases, allergies and more.
Through this past year, I have done loads of research on the power of plants and the power we have to undo the years of chaos we have caused within our bodies.
This is why I began my online program so that I can reach as many people as possible to finally tell them the truth behind the issues they are having.
