In Person training

LOCATION: I train clients in the Sarasota area either at their home, apartment gym, or at a park. If you do not have a gym or equipment, no problem! I bring my equipment to you which includes: bands, dumbbells and balance modalities. You only need to provide a mat for yourself!

PRICING:  All sessions are 60 minutes long. In person 1:1 sessions are $100 per session. (*Pricing is not final and will be based off where you live)

1:1 PERSONAL TRAINING: In person training is a more personal experience compared to the online training that I offer. You have my eyes on you the entire session. In person training allows me to give you real time feedback and cues on the exercises you are performing. If you experience any pain or discomfort during an exercise, I am there to give you a solution right away to help; or if you aren’t feeling an exercise in the muscles we would like, I can give you changes to apply right then in order to recruit muscles properly.

Those who are beginning exercise, have specific personalized goals, pregnant or postpartum, 1:1 sessions are a great option for you.

Partner Training

PRICING:  All sessions are 60 minutes long. In person training is $130 per buddy session. (*Pricing is not final and will be based off where you live)

Partner Training: Buddy sessions are a great way to increase accountability (you have your partner and myself relying on you to show up!) and also make your session just that much more fun. While you don’t get the same amount of attention from me as a 1:1, it is still a semi-personalized experience where I can give you personalized coaching as needed. It is a cost effective way to have access to a coach tracking your progress and helping you get stronger.

Train Online

Nutrition is a vital component of ALL health and fitness goals.

I feel passionately about the health, fitness and wellbeing of our society and won’t let proximity stand in the way of empowering others to feel healthier, happier and more confident. I offer online training to be able to work with those who do not live in Sarasota, Florida. 

Online training is also a great option if you’re looking for an affordable way to follow a PERSONALIZED online training program. Your goals and individual needs are put at the forefront of your program to deliver you an effective and enjoyable way to achieve your fitness goals.

My Nutrition Intensive Program is about creating a diet that can sustain you, so you can adhere to it for the rest of your life, thus, having success not just in the short term but for many years later. 

We have to learn how to change our habits and mindset around food, which can be extremely challenging. I am here to tell you that you CAN do it. It is possible to learn how to make eating healthy, delicious and sustainable.

We need to put in the work of changing our habits and educating ourselves about what our bodies need in order to achieve our goals. Learning how to prepare meals that are nutritious and satisfying is what I teach my clients so they can achieve results that last a lifetime.

Healthy, mindful eating has not always been a consistent part of my life, and I have to work really hard on it some days when the cravings just won’t go away. On a daily basis, my food consumption is whole foods that make me happy and my insides feel good.

This being said, on occasion I will have treats or eat a meal that isn’t as balanced as normal. Why do I do this and encourage clients to do the same if they want to? The answer is because if you’re restricting yourself, you are creating an unhealthy relationship with food. This could in turn potentially make you overeat on foods you deem off limits or give up “healthy eating” altogether because it’s “too difficult.”

Depending what you are looking for, my Nutrition Intensive plan is set for a 16 week program but it is also available for 10, 12 or 14 weeks as well. Nutrition is the key factor in this program, as we work every week on creating healthy habits with the foods that will give you the best life. 

Along with a nutrition plan, there is also an exercise program you can do at home or at the gym, weekly group Zoom calls with everyone in the program, recipes, check ins, and a private Facebook group so you have a community as well as access to me via Facebook messenger.
